The Joe Family Foundation for Disability Advocacy Inc. is committed to serving as a driving force for change for minority youth with disabilities. Our primary objective is to establish a reliable platform for networking and providing assistance to youth and their families, ensuring that life goals can be attained irrespective of disability or race. Through educational initiatives, advocacy efforts, and strategic partnerships, we aim to illuminate the distinctive challenges encountered by youth of color with disabilities and their families.

Established in response to a deeply personal encounter with a life-altering event, the foundation was conceived to provide a supportive environment where African American families and individuals from diverse backgrounds can access the necessary support. We endeavor to enhance healthcare, educational, and community-based racial and health equity while advocating for an improved future for all.
